Our Payments Terms are Net on Receipt. Additional Payments Terms including COD, Net 10, Net 30, and Net 60 are available and need to be approved by our Accounting Department.

Most items are nonreturnable, unless you pay additional freight charges and restocking fees. Restocking fee will be based on the product type, as well as the manufacturer’s return policy. Most nonstock items and custom manufactured items are non-returnable. Freight charges are generally nonrefundable. Contact Customer Service for more details.

We have multiple shipping locations throughout the USA. Each manufacturer has different shipping locations for their product lines.

We recommend that you call and speak to one of our sales experts for free consultation, product knowledge, and customer support. We are available Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

We do site visits, but only when a site visit is necessary. In most cases, we can assist you over the phone and email, via pictures, PDFs, drawings, files, etc. For design-build projects, site visits are usually required to gather product information, acquire building dimensions and to better understand the customer’s operations, logistics and needs. Contact our Sales Department to schedule your site visit.

We have been installing pallet rack, shelving, multi-level catwalks, storage mezzanines, conveyors, dock levelers, material lifts, and other material handling equipment since 1992. Our fully insured and professional crews are OSHA trained for safety and quality.

Freight is calculated based on a few factors including the material weight, order size, shipping locations, the warehouse address, and current freight carrier rates. Contact our Sales Department for further details.

When required, we rent forklifts and/or scissors lifts to safely complete our installation projects.
