Our free-standing exhibit structures have long and open spans that spur reconfigurable design practice. We display our product in local San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. The re-engineered construction methods used, meet building codes and offer considerable design cost savings.

Painted or Galvanized Rigid Frame System:

• Cold-formed high-tensile steel framing members are Grade D, G60 galvanized ASTM A446
• The minimum yield is 50,000 PSI

Painted or Galvanized Square Columns:

• 9-inch square welded baseplates of at least 14 x 14 x 12 inches
• Four 3/4-inch wedge or epoxy anchors secure the baseplates
• For embedment and type see requirements for individual cities

Beams

• ‘C’ or ‘Z’ shapes available in 12-, 16-, or 20-inch sizes that are typically 10 or 12 gauge
• ASTM A490 3/4-inch HD bolts (manufacturer specified mon-galvanized) make connections

Struts

• Standard 12-, 16-, or 20-inch size ‘C’ shapes typically 10 or 12 gauge connected using ASTM A490 HD bolts

Joists

• 8-. 10-, 12-, 14-, 16-, and 20-inch ‘C’ shape sizes typically in 10, 12, or 14 gauge connected using 5/8-inch bolts and ‘L’ shaped clips

Decking Options:

B-Deck under Wood

• 3/4- or 1 1/2-inch galvanized B-Deck in gauges 18, 20, or 22
• Secured with #9 x 2-inch bugle Tek screws and #12 X3/4-inch Tek screws

Bar Grating

• Standard 1 x 1/8 inch painted or galvanized grating
• Secured by #12 x 1 3/4 inch Tek screws and galvanized saddle clips

Plank Pak

• 2 x 9 inch nonskid galvanized surface featuring embossed dimples having traction holes
• Secured with #12 x 3/4-inch Tek screws and j-bolts/clips

Diamond Plate

• 1/4-, 3/16, or 1/8-inch plain, painted or galvanized diamond plate over 1 1/2-inch galvanized B-Deck
• Secured by #8 – 32 x 1-inch truss head screws and #12 x 3/4-inch Tek screws

Concrete

• Concrete form galvanized decking
• Secured by #12 x 3/4-inch Tek screws
• Form filled after installation
